Moofie’s interest in radio started when he was 14. He spent time in Eastbourne, East Sussex with his Dad and when he returned to London he tried to pickup Southern FM, a local station in Sussex so he could listen in and feel closer to his Father. Unfortunately he could never pick up Southern FM but managed to pick up their sister station South Coast Radio so settled for that. Soon enough he began feeling that he too wanted to get into actually doing radio rather than just listening. The years passed and he continued listening to lots of different stations. Fast forward now to being an adult and his dream of being behind the mic is a reality having run his own station playing rock, metal and alternative called RockMalt Radio for 6 months and having done shows for a variety of stations such as, Radio Northsea International, Merseyland Alternative Radio, Power Jamz Radio and Butterfly Valley Radio. Now he’s with Rainbow FM with his spectacular oldies music show with lots of memories from the 40s to the early 2000s
I first began on radio back in 2013, whilst I was studying my BA in Radio Production. I presented on Staffs Uni's student station, OMG (One Media Group). After finishing my course, I would go to present a live show on local Radio. Something I would present weekly from 2016 to 2019.
